That's a negatory sir. I'm too lazy to transcribe it in detail. :)
What is your question? I know that song like the back of my.. back?
Are you asking about a drum part? Cuz you should ask Sojo since he played it.

ask tomas haake's brother,
he's on the meshforum.
his username is J Haake
or something.
he could know,
i mean he is his brother.

....Ask J_haake. I would probably give you a vague, incomprehencible splurge of jibberish.

not a problem...there is no specific question...just wanted the tab...you see for a song like NMCC i just look at the tab and copy the hits into the program...then i go back and add the finer details like fills and ghost notes....i wanted to do it for concatenation....and make one a little faster than the remix version......no prob boys...i dont think j_haake will know what in the fuck tomas is playing

Is there any chance you could tab out the solo timmy? I know I have been hounding you for ages to do it, but there is only on way to stop it :D.

Yah dood.. I'll do it real soon!
I just got a kick ass tabbing program which will make it a shit-load easier. You'll all have to download the program though to see it. Which I will put up on the site.

Come over to the island sometime. If you have the transportation, I could give you a demostration of my interpretation of concatenaton.

I have it tabbed for rhythm guitar, but a few parts are wrong. Tim, I can fix it up and send it to you... then you can check it over and what not. It'll save you from tabbing the whole thing out.

Yah, I'll grab that from you. I was thinking of doing the solo in Pro Tab software. It's pretty spiffy.

sojo...i have a pretty good idea from watching THE MOVIE where it shows tomas playin, listening to it a thousand times, and seeing you fuck around on buddies 4 peice....i just want to slow it down a little (but faster than the remix) becuase working on things slow is the best way to understand the intricacies and make shure shit is tight....but i'll take the invatation and same to you my friend...whenever you come to the mainland we could hook up...i live 20 miles from the ferries....i'd like to hook up with another drummer thats into mesh...how long you been playing?????????take lessons or anything????and of course blaze huge spliffs :bandit: (sorry pimpf
I've been playing for about, 14/15 years or so. Apart from my dad showing me the basics when I was 7 or so, I've been self taught.
and OF COURSE, huge fuckin Gaggers. (snooch)
I'll be heading thru town on my way back from Calgary. I hear Devin Townsend is at studebakers on friday. That should be the SHYTE.
Maybe I'll leave early to catch that show. I wonder if theres any tix left.

On second thought, Im gonna be on a bus for 15 hours or so. Im guessing that the last thing I'll wanna do is have my ears blown off(exageration) at a show. I'll just wanna go home and sleep. BUT..
Zimmers Hole is at the same place the week after. Maybe I'll check that one out.

It will work here as long as you have the code tags around it.

I messed up on that last riff. It should repeat the first 13/8 phrase 4 times with the added bass drum hits. My apologies....

Why don't you use the slow version of "Concatenation" off of Rare Trax? It's the same thing... just... slower... They did it for guys like us that can't figure out the fast version... lol...

this is a fast way to a midi version.
copy the song as wav into cubase.
find the tempo.
loop a "pattern" and just fill in. but surely you must have thought of that...
it is really a fast way unless of course there is a lot of toms and shit.

I did that with sf acid and found a 13/4 signature
But when i play it i don't count at all only play it like it sounds on chaosphere or what you can hear on tha rare trax video ...

That doesn't work if the song wasn't written to a click track, and Chaosphere (nor anything else bore Nothing) was not.

If you want to tab out Concatenation, try tabbing out the Slomo remix off Rare Trax. I don't think there are many, if at all, changes.

i should have added that finding the approximate tempo is the first step.
tomas can keep a tempo(duh)... it is just to take a good guess and then see if that tempo is correct for a minute or so... just mark every "one" and check if that is spot one 10 bars from the starting point. this will work provided that the drummer keeps time of course.

yeah. i think he recorded with a click (metronome) for all the songs on Chaosphere and Nothing, so it's all dead on. i think sojo recorded with a click too, because the Tandjent version of Concat is the exact same length as the Mesh version (3:12 or 3:13).

Sojo recorded with the CD playing in his headphones.
