Vote. And for a subject, state which you are most looking forward to in the coming months: Halo 2, RtCW Enemy Territory, Doom 3, or something else entirely.

(as for me it's Enemy Territory followed by Doom 3, which will not be out for at least year anyway)

Both Halo and RTCW were O.K.
Wolfenstein had one of the worst endings to a game ever.
I'm looking forward to Doom 3. It is going to be a big step in 3D gaming technology.

i can't really compare the two. however that being said i must admit that i was disappointed in RtCW primarily becuase it is a PC game and i expect more from them than i do a console system. Also like timdog said, the ending was crapola. :)

i have to give the nod to halo

Uh, both sucked hard. But I have to say Halo is probably the worst game. Worst level design ever. It's amazing how many times they managed to reuse their crap all over the place. At first I laughed when entering a clone copy of a previous area, but after a while my laughter turned into desperate sobs.

RtCW ET is already released? That free multiplayer addon thing?

Halo is one of the most overrated games ever. It's okay as far as shooters go, mildly entertaining, with a few good visuals, but after you've gotten past about the third level, you've done everything there is to do. The Flood is one of the gayest creations in a videogame ever. As far as action/shooters go, Max Payne and Dead to Rights stomp all over it.

Neither game contains blood, and are therefore not realistic enough for a depiction of warfare.

If you want realistic combat, Ghost Recon is the way to go. That game rocks, and even though it's a bit unrealistic (though in the opposite way as most shooters; you actually die in this game sooner than you would in real life), it's still fun.
